By accessing and using the CO₂ Reduction Planner ("the Tool"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Tool.
Service Description
The CO₂ Reduction Planner is a free tool provided by New Day Climate (a doing business name of New Day International Consulting) to help organizations plan and track their carbon emission reduction efforts. The Tool allows you to:
- Create and manage anonymous organization profiles
- Input baseline emission data
- Plan reduction tactics and strategies
- Track progress toward emission reduction goals
Use of the Tool
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Tool for its intended purpose.
You agree to:
- Use the Tool only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Not use the Tool to transmit harmful code or malware
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Password Recovery: Since the Tool uses username-only authentication for privacy, password recovery requires manual verification through email. Keep your credentials safe!
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We make no warranties regarding:
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
- The Tool being uninterrupted or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Tool
- Any defects being corrected
Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEW DAY CLIMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Interruption of service or access issues
- Actions taken based on Tool recommendations
You use the Tool at your own risk and are responsible for verifying all data and consulting with qualified professionals for business decisions.
Data and Content
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into the Tool.
License to Us: You grant us a license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Tool services.
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data you input.
Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to:
